At Kelly Architecture & Planning (KAP), we specialize in healthcare construction and bring our expertise to a diverse range of commercial construction projects. Our extensive history, dating back to 2004, has equipped us with invaluable insights that streamline the review and approval process with the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD). Our Approach

Featured Projects
The Rideout Regional Medical Center Emergency Department Expansion added an additional of 5,000 SF to the existing 12,000 SF. The expansion included 13 multi-use ED/Observation beds, two additional exam rooms in Rapid Care, and a new Triage Room, bring the total at the facility to two.

The Community Medical Center Ambulatory Care Center Project was performed as a Design / Build project with Quiring Construction. Project included a Pharmacy, Medical Records, Eye Clinic, Orthopedic Clinic, Family Practice, Women’s Health, and the Ambulatory Administration Staff Facilities.

LOCATION: Fresno, CA
PROJECT SIZE: 80,000 SF
COMPLETION DATE: 2010
The Scott Valley Rural Health Clinic in Etna was completed in 2018. With nearly 4,500 square feet the building includes exam rooms, a treatment room, provider offices and support space. KAP worked with Fairchild Medical Center to design a building where the interior design meets the needs of the community and the patients being served. The exterior design was developed to coordinate with and complement the style of buildings that are a part of Fairchild Medical Center.

COMPLETION DATE: Winter 2018
This medical office in Kingsburg is designed to meet the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development ‘OSHPD 3’ requirements. With over 15,000 square feet, the building includes a primary care clinic, laboratory, and a dental clinic as well as the necessary support space and physician offices. KAP has worked closely with Adventist Health to develop a building design style that fits within the community and correlates to other Adventist Health facilities. Construction is expected to be complete in the summer of 2020.
